A Well-Tapped Eatery

Our menu focuses on shareable dishes inspired by Southern Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on Neapolitan style pizza. We kept our assortment of unique Neapolitan pizzas and added on small plates and salads to be shared among the table. Refresh yourself with Boulder’s first-ever self-pour beer tap, featuring 16 beer and wine options.

The Ingredients

We pride ourselves on our scratch kitchen, and our effort to source unique and local ingredients.  Our dough alone took a year to develop and we have been feeding our sourdough starters, Dewey and Dart, since 2017! Yes, we source ingredients from Italy, Atlanta, locally, and beyond. Who doesn’t? We make it ourselves unless someone else does it better.

Meet the Rajottes

Nate and Whitney Rajotte met in the restaurant scene in Atlanta in 2011.  After working together for years there, they decided to move out to Colorado and take a break from the industry!  However, they could not stay away from their true passion for too long.  After partnering with friends Buddy and Lisa Brown, they decided to bring a new neighborhood eatery to life. You will see them both around the restaurant, and might catch a glimpse of their daughter, Harriet, running around from time to time.
