Yes, we make our own dough. Yes, we have the best ingredients from Italy and America. Who doesn’t at this point? It’s what we don’t do that we really pride ourselves on. We’re not old school about pizza toppings—if it’s good, it gets piled on. We’re not snooty about how we serve it—food halls, take-out counters, breweries, and sure, actual restaurants. And we don’t care who eats it, because it’s for everyone to enjoy. We do what we like, and if you don’t like it, that’s alright with us. Maybe that makes us weird, but we don’t know how to be any other way. We like it out here on the Fringe.
